During the intake session, your condition will be discussed in detail and examined by the attending doctor to create a personal treatment plan. The treatment plan may consist of different treatments, such as acupuncture, Chinese herbal therapy, nutrition and movement therapy, or combinations thereof. We will make an estimate of the number of treatments needed and the expected outcome. Based on this information, you will be able to make your own decisions about your healthcare.
Treatment may consist of a single session or multiple sessions. For each session, we will discuss the progress of your condition. We believe it is important that you understand how the treatment works and how we can bring about the best results together, so please feel free to ask any questions you have during your treatment.
After every treatment, we will make an evaluation. Here you may comment on how you have experienced the treatment, which results you have noticed, and how your general condition has developed. Depending on the type of ailment, a future post-treatment session or check-up might be necessary. We will consult you on this decision.
